Important Booking Information

All premium packages require a 25% non-refundable retainer deposit to secure your delivery date on our build schedule. Custom fabrication timelines fluctuate between 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity of design choices and seasonal material supply. Delivery, installation handling, and post-event teardown are calculated separately based on venue distance profiles.
